I have been very happy and satisfied going to this Salon for the last three years doing my haircolor and hair cut. Everyone is nice and very professional, no better place to be. Since I have fine hair I decided to try hair extensions this week and I am so glad I did! Beth did such a great job on blending my haircolor with the extensions , looks so natural as the work was done so beautifully. I love my long hair and her specialty as a colorist says it all. I recommend that you try it , it's reasonably priced , and will change your life.

I've been getting my extensions done from Universal for the past year and have not been disapppointed. . I've had extensions put in for years but am really happy with the newest hair extension product that they use. These extensions cut the time in half. It always lasts and it's always blended in nicely with my natural hair. I highly recommend Universal Hair for extensions and cuts.

I went to this salon about 2 years ago and I still remember how much I hated my cut. It was recommended by a friend but I guess my hair (thick Asian hair)is just not suited for the hair stylist's skills. My bangs were uneven, but not in a cool way. Instead of giving me the side-swept bangs I wanted- she gave me uneven bangs cut straight across which she then blow-dried and curled under at an angle. There were also bits of hair jutting out that she missed. It was a pretty simple haircut- but she couldn't do it. Can't speak for their color/extensions. Staff was courteous.

I read the reviews and decided to stop at the salon. I immediately met the owner, Beth and she listened to me and gave me several ideas. She also quoted me for a great price. I came back the next day to get my extensions and they turned out beautiful!!! The hair blended in so well I couldn't believe it. She even gave me a better price in the end! I highly recommend Universal and I know I'll be back again.

I want to thank Beth and all the operators who accomodated us , a party of eight for my daughter's wedding. I came all the way from the beach to do our hair and makeup. We are all satisfied at the beautiful updos and make up that I felt comfortable with. There was a sense of relief as I was so pleased at the outcome. I highly recommend Beth and all the operators for their professionalism.
