My holidays were very busy & never got around to sending my mom a birthday gift. I live in NYC & if I don’t get down to Miami for her birthday (Jan. 4) I like sending her something so that she knows that I love her & wish I were there. I couldn't believe that I had nothing for her! I got on-line and found Trias. I ordered over the phone, they gave me same day delivery & they delivered it early (on a Sunday!!). Thank GOD that I found Trias. Mom said that it looked like I spent $$hundreds$$ & that she had never received such a beautiful arrangement. Trias was my saving grace!

I spent $86 for a flower arrangement that included a $15 stuffed animal which did not arrive. I called the store and the lady did not acknowledge the mistake..did not even apologize...she just said..well we will deduct the $15 off will there be anything else? Some moments are too special to screw up. Very disappointed.

hello i just saw your review on our shop and i wanted to apologies for any inconviences. Sometimes the sales person does not know how to handle a complaint like a manager, If you provide me with your address i will mail you a 25.00 gift certificate for all the misunderstandings. We always have 2 managers to assist any problems so please ask for them in the future. our apologies Trias Flowers
