BEWARE: They will lie and take advantage of you!

OFFENDING PARTY: Reuben Garcia - Manager of Service - Grand Prize Chevrolet, Miami, FL OCCURENCE: I brought my car in for service and before I could leave, I was asked to sign a form. This was not optional and I was not allowed to challenge what was on the form, so I made sure I specified that I would like a call before the work was done so I can make a decision if I wanted to proceed or not. However, when I did get the call, the work was already done. In addition, the total cost of the part was $2. The total bill? Near $70. Rip-off? Of course! But most importantly, I am disgusted by the unethical business dealings of this company and the inconsiderate response I received from Rueben Garica when I alerted him of my complaint. He had the audacity to say that they COULD have charged me more according to the paper they made me sign. So in other words, I should shut up and be greatful! Unfortunately, this isn't their first complaint, in my online research I have seen many other dissatisfied customers from sales to service. And what is their number one complaint? What do all these bad reviews have in common? They lie and take advantage of customers. THEIR PROPOSED SOLUTION: Deal with it and go somewhere else, we did nothing wrong. (Since when is having no ethics doing nothing wrong?) MY LAST WORDS: What goes around, comes around... I can't wait until someone takes advantage of you just because they CAN.
